Eligibility and Enrollment

To qualify as a Suncoast PACE participant you must be:

• Age 55 or older
• Certified by the state of Florida to need nursing home level of care
• A Pinellas County resident
• Able to live safely in the community
• Be able to continue to live at home without jeopardizing health or safety

Sometimes these requirements might seem confusing but we are more than happy to discuss enrollment and eligibility criteria with you personally.
